The practice consists of two full-time veterinarians, an office manager, two licensed veterinary technicians, two assistants and one receptionist working 4-day work weeks. A well-trained support staff is employed with the intention that veterinarians focus on medicine as well as client education and communication.

The patient ratio consists of approximately half large animal and half small animal, mostly bovine, equine, canine and feline.
